2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are available to residents of states where our partner clinicians are licensed to practice.
3. Nature of Services
ReclaimRx Health provides a telehealth platform that:
- Connects you with independent, licensed healthcare clinicians
- Facilitates online consultations, assessments, and follow-up care
- Coordinates prescription fulfillment through licensed pharmacy partners
- Provides ongoing subscription-based care management
Our platform is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Not Emergency Services
ReclaimRx Health does not provide emergency medical services. Do not use our platform for medical emergencies. In case of a life-threatening situation, call emergency services (911) immediately.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Medication costs, where applicable, are separate from platform subscription fees
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
6. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Treatment decisions are made solely by licensed clinicians based on your individual health information. Results of any treatment, including GLP-1 therapy, vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.
7. Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are only provided when deemed medically appropriate by a licensed clinician. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information. Misrepresentation of your health history may result in termination of services. GLP-1 medications carry risks including but not limited to nausea, vomiting, and in rare cases, more serious conditions. Full safety information will be provided by your clinician.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not share prescription medications with others
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReclaimRx Health and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
